What if your dessert could tell your story? Chillbox turned frozen yogurt into a POV of pure happiness.

The Request

Chillbox challenged us to position the brand as the go-to frozen yogurt destination for Gen A and Gen Z - not just for dessert, but as a customizable, feel-good experience.

The mission: present Chillbox as a playful, welcoming space where people can chill, connect, and express themselves.

The Goal

We set out to make Chillbox the top-of-mind hangout spot for younger audiences by spotlighting frozen yogurt as the hero product, strengthening emotional connection through self-expression, and driving both in-store visits and social media engagement.

The Challenge

Gen Z doesn’t play by traditional advertising rules: they resist obvious ads, demand authenticity, and scroll past anything that feels forced.

To break through, we had to find a genuine tone of voice, steer clear of clichés, and position Chillbox as a real hangout - a place that speaks their language without trying too hard.

Our Solution

We flipped the popular POV trend on its head by telling the story through the eyes of the product itself.

Using fish-eye lenses, playful close-ups, and froyo as the narrator, we created a campaign that felt quirky, fresh, and authentic.

The creative twist brought Chillbox’s brand line “Create Happiness Your Way” to life.

From toppings to outfits, every detail reflected individuality and self-expression, positioning Chillbox as the place where happiness is just as personal as your froyo.
