The Request
How do you make SHEIN stand out in the Greek market while spotlighting Klarna’s payment options?
The challenge: create an influencer-driven campaign that felt fashion-forward, conversion-focused, and authentic enough to cut through the noise of Black Friday.
The Goal
Boost traffic, drive sales, and grow brand awareness by combining influencer collaborations with interactive mechanics like a fashion quiz and personalized coupons, making Klarna’s flexible payment feature visible and appealing to Greek consumers.


The Challenge
Black Friday is a battlefield in the fashion world.
For SHEIN, the hurdles were twofold: breaking through a saturated, competitive landscape and overcoming its fast-fashion image, which made some creators hesitant to publicly align with the brand.

Our Solution
We selected 17 carefully chosen creators across Instagram and TikTok, blending organic storytelling with paid amplification.
Through try-on hauls, styling tips, coupon callouts, and Klarna shoutouts, we produced platform-native content that felt authentic and shoppable.
To elevate engagement, we layered in interactive mechanics: a fashion quiz and personalized coupons, adding a playful, value-driven element to the campaign.
The result was a mix of style and flexibility, true to SHEIN’s aesthetic and Klarna’s message.
